Donna and I were very pleased with our realtor Christian Kirschke. He was very relaxed throughout the process and understood that we were not in a rush to find a place that suited our needs. He therefore did not pressure us and allowed us to do some searching on our own, and provided guidance and assistance when needed. In the end, we couldn’t have been happier with the place we found and at the right price too!

If he did not have an immediate answer to our many questions he would always make sure to get one before the day ended. Additionally, Mr. Kirschke was always positive, friendly, upbeat, and persistent even when we sometimes felt defeated. Over the course of nearly six months and approximately thirty-five homes, Mr. Kirschke’s enthusiasm never wavered. We believe this to be a firm testament of his character.
Real estate agents, indeed honest and genuine people, like Mr. Kirschke are few and far between. His work ethic and unbelievable dedication to finding the perfect home for us we feel demonstrates the essence of Coldwell Banker’s philosophy.
